He is also a Principal and Co-founder of Evergreen Real Estate, a Real Estate development company focused on acquiring and redeveloping residential and multi-family properties. They learn about when you should buy and sell, gain insight on the real estate market, and how Covid-19 affected the market. 

  • Does not see the same drop in values in real estate like there was in 2008

  • Holding off now to buy may be a good idea, and wait until market gets a little back to normal
